Comfo-Form 50% Off

The Comfo-Form is a 3/4 length lightweight 50 Durometer EVA firm premolded arch.  It has a deep heel cup and mild metatarsal.  It is heat moldable, easy to grind and most common cements can be used to attach a top cover.  Excellent for use with casual, sport and work shoes.

Available in eleven sizes and in black or white. White has a met pad; black does not.
